Looking for the perfect cake for a family gathering or a get-together with friends? The Fiona dessert tastes like raspberry heaven. It melts right on your tongue. What’s more, it’s very easy and quick to make. This treat is not baked. And so you’ll save time and have fewer dishes to wash.

Raspberry Heaven

Would you like to bake something sweet but are short on time? Or are you just looking for inspiration and new flavors? Fiona wins fans among both adults and children. The pink dessert will capture your heart. You can’t help but taste it. If you’re tired of classic cheesecakes and pies, try this unconventional recipe. You won’t need anything special for it. For the crust, prepare

  • 25 g of biscuits
  • butter

For the topping you’ll need 100 ml milk, 300 ml raspberry syrup, 3 raspberry pudding mixes in powder, 500 ml 30% whipping cream, and 2 raspberry gelatins. Let’s start with the crust. Line the pan with baking paper or cling film. Arrange the biscuits on top. Try to make an even single layer. If you want, you can crush them and mix with butter and then spread the resulting mixture over the foil. Let it rest for thirty minutes in the refrigerator.

For the raspberry-pudding filling, mix the milk, raspberry syrup and 300 ml of water. Remove one glass of liquid from this mixture and add the pudding powder to it. Bring the rest of the mixture to a boil, then pour the liquid with the pudding powder into it. Wait until everything thickens. Once it’s ready, pour the pudding over the biscuits. Then arrange another layer of biscuits.

Let it set overnight

Now prepare the cream. Take the whipping cream and whip it until stiff. Then prepare the gelatin in boiling water. Once it cools, slowly fold it into the whipped cream. Pour it all over the second layer of biscuits. And that’s it. Now all that’s left is to let the dessert set. Put it in the fridge and wait patiently. It’s best to leave the cake in the fridge overnight so the biscuits soften.
