Quick recipe for a great meal

If you’re looking for a recipe for a dish you can prepare within a few moments after a hard day at work, then read on. Prepare 1 to 1.5 kg of potatoes, half a kilo of mushrooms (fresh or canned), 2 to 3 eggs, 1 onion, 1 tablespoon of plain flour, salt, sunflower oil

Preparation of the mushroom parcels

Cook the potatoes in their skins and let them cool. Then peel them and grind them in a meat grinder. If you don’t own a grinder, mash them with a masher or a fork. Now add the eggs, a little salt and flour. Mix everything. You should end up with a smooth, uniform mixture.

Chop the onion and sauté it with the mushrooms. Form a patty of the potato mixture in your palm and fill it with the mushrooms. Fold it over. If necessary, seal any holes where mushrooms peek out with more potato mixture. You should create a parcel that is completely smooth and with no mushrooms sticking out. Coat both sides in plain flour. All that’s left is to fry. Fry in oil until the buns are golden.
