The liver is a very important organ of our body. It makes sure that various unwanted substances are eliminated from the body. It is true that we often strain the liver and it therefore has to regenerate. Another problem is fat on the liver, which can form especially in people who are overweight. As a result, the liver may not have the properties it should have.
Ordinary water can help
There are a number of different detoxification methods for the liver. Some are complicated, others are noticeably simpler. We look at the second category, where only water is used. To be specific, it is ionized water. It can very effectively remove fat and other impurities from the liver because it simply attracts them. Most of these particles have a positive charge and are therefore attracted to the body. However, thanks to a simple treatment of the water, they are attracted to it and then are expelled from the body in the usual way.
The procedure is very simple
The only thing you will need is one liter of ordinary tap water and a stainless steel pot in which you will boil the water. Pour it into the pot, bring it to a boil and when it reaches the desired temperature, boil it for about 20 minutes. Then pour it while still hot into a thermos, where you will maintain its required temperature. In this way the water should remain so-called ionized for about 12 hours.
How to consume it?
Cleaning the liver with water is not complicated. Once you have it boiled, all you need to do is drink it. Two small sips every half hour throughout the day are recommended. This also helps ensure you meet your daily drinking regime. You should drink this treated water for about three weeks, after which your liver should be cleaned of fat as well as various other harmful substances. The procedure is advisable to repeat several times a year, which will significantly support the function of your liver.
