Anyone who has varicose veins knows very well that it is not pleasant. And that applies both in terms of the appearance of the legs and, if we are to speak also about possible pain. Many people go to the pharmacy for various medicines for varicose veins, but that is not the only possible approach. There are also home methods that can be said to work substantially better. Let’s take a look at them.
Gel z aloe vera
Aloe vera is a well-known plant that has been used in natural medicine for a very long time. And this plant is precisely the basis of help when you are troubled by varicose veins. It can therefore help many people who are bothered by this not only aesthetic problem. You will need:
- 4 tablespoons of aloe vera gel
- A third of a cup of apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of grated carrot
If you have the ingredients, there is nothing simpler than using them. First take the finely grated carrot, mix it with the vinegar and then also stir in the aloe gel. Then immediately apply to your varicose veins, preferably using a cotton pad. After application it is appropriate to leave it on for thirty minutes and then rinse with cold water. Repeat the application once in the morning and once in the evening and after about a month the first results should be noticeable.
Cream made from milk
And now let’s move on to the second method that should help you if you are troubled by varicose veins. The basis in this case is milk, but not the well-known cow’s, rather sheep’s. Obtaining it today is no longer such a big problem. And you will need:
- 250 ml of sheep’s milk
- 1 scoop of baby soap
The procedure in this case is also very simple. The basis is soap, which you finely grate, or you can use the gel type. Then mix it with the milk and apply it to your varicose veins. Try to massage the mixture into them and then leave it on for about a quarter of an hour. Afterwards rinse with water. Here too it is recommended to apply twice, or even three times a day and results should appear in about a month.
