Baba Vanga, although blind, saw more than sighted people, like a hawk. She could describe details from the past and predict the future. Her prophecies still come true today. But she did not use her gifts only to interpret the future, but also in medicine. As a healer she did not condemn doctors and conventional medicine, however she often warned that synthetic drugs can pose more danger than help to our health. She deeply believed that we achieve balance in the body ourselves together with what our planet gives us, and that for every illness there is a certain plant.

Most common illnesses

Here you will find a list of the most common health ailments and the plants that will help you solve the problems. We will describe them in more detail below.

  • Anemia
  • Bronchitis
  • Kidney disease
  • Diabetes
  • Eczema
  • Gastritis
  • Headache
  • Hemorrhoids
  • High blood pressure

Anemia

Grind 100 grams of dried hibiscus and mix with a glass of fresh sheep milk. Drink once a day. If the drink tastes too unpleasant to you — not everyone is a fan of sheep milk — try adding a little honey.

Bronchitis

Place 2–3 coltsfoot leaves into 0.5 liters of fresh milk and let it simmer for a while. Add a pinch of lard (on the tip of a knife). Drink a cup every evening. Or you can peel a red onion and hollow it out in the middle. Fill the inside with sugar. Consume this prepared onion every day. If you suffer from chronic bronchitis, drink a cup of calendula tea every morning on an empty stomach.

Kidney disease

Drink tea made from pumpkin seeds, two sachets of ground flax seeds and a little water over the course of one day. Alternatively, boil a large blackberry root in 5 liters of water until the liquid has evaporated to half its volume. Drink 100 ml three times a day.

Diabetes

Soak blackberry fruits, strain and drink throughout the day. Or cook 3 kg of ripe bean pods and drink one cup of the decoction every morning on an empty stomach.

Eczema

You can treat yourself after a bath with a mixture of a small cup of oil and vinegar. Apply with cotton, never with your fingers. Or grind 30 roasted walnuts, add fish oil and mix thoroughly. Clean the area affected by eczema and apply the mixture. Leave it on.

Gastritis

Every morning drink a cup of tea made from white willow bark on an empty stomach. Then drink a cup of milk.

Headache

Prepare a decoction of fennel and rinse your head with it. Alternatively, add 3 teaspoons of anise to 600 ml of boiled water and simmer for 5 minutes. Drink one small cup three times a day before meals.

Hemorrhoids

Let a jam made from black elderberries cool after boiling. Take one tablespoon before a meal.

High blood pressure

Place a tablespoon of dried white mistletoe into a glass and pour cold water over it. Let it stand overnight and strain in the morning. Always drink on an empty stomach. Every illness has its remedy in nature, but of course it is not good to rely solely on self-treatment. If your symptoms of any illness become unbearable, or you feel that the treatment is insufficient, do not hesitate to visit your doctor.
