It also contains a significant amount of vitamin C; combined with other important enzymes, pineapple juice can significantly improve metabolism and increase overall energy. In addition, it also contains manganese, which is essential for strengthening bones, absorbing calcium and properly regulating nerves.

Pineapple juice instead of expensive medicines

So what to do in case of a cough or when a cold or flu is coming? Buy pineapple juice, although it is better to make it at home yourself, because store-bought ones contain added sugars. The juice from pineapple also contains no toxins, and it works excellently for sore throats and the quick expulsion of mucus. Besides fresh pineapple juice, make a special syrup at home that will help with coughs and colds. What is needed to prepare the syrup?

Prepare:

  • 1 cup of fresh pineapple juice,
  • 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
  • a piece of peeled ginger,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of honey.

Mix all the ingredients together in a blender and drink 1/4 cup 3 times a day.
