Carrot is among the absolutely healthiest types of vegetables, precisely because of its versatile effects on human health:

Composition of the cough syrup
As for the effects of carrot on relieving cough, they are best seen with regular use of the syrup. You obtain it from 0.5 kg of fresh carrots and 4 teaspoons of quality natural bee honey.
Method of preparing the syrup and its use
The procedure is very simple. First wash the prepared carrots, peel them and slice them into rounds. In a pot bring water to a boil, put the carrots in it and cook them until completely soft. Puree the cooked carrots, add honey and a little carrot juice so that you achieve the consistency of a thick syrup.
This syrup is recommended to be taken daily, namely 4 tablespoons. You will see that already after two days you will notice an improvement in your condition.
