Back pain is very unpleasant and annoying. Anyone who hasn’t experienced it will never understand what a torment it is. Worst of all, this pain is hard to get rid of, and so back problems can persist for a long time.
Japanese method
The method to get rid of back pain was developed by the Japanese doctor Toshiki Fukutsudzi, who is considered one of the highly respected specialists in Japan. This doctor wanted to develop a method that could help against back pain and prevent poor posture. It took more than ten years, but the result arrived. Today he already enjoys success around the world. Just in Asia more than six million copies were sold.
Five minutes
It’s unbelievable, but this exercise requires only five minutes. The exercise is very simple and you will need only two things for it:
- towel
- string or adhesive tape.
How to exercise
- First roll the towel into a cylinder and tie it with string or seal it with tape so that it doesn’t unravel.
- Place the towel on a hard and flat surface, preferably on the floor. A bed or sofa is not suitable for this exercise because they are too soft.
- Lie down on the rolled towel so that you have it under your back at the level of your navel.
- Once you find the correct position, straighten your legs, spread them shoulder-width apart and press your big toes together.
- Stretch your arms behind your head and turn your hands so the palms face the floor, so that the little fingers touch.
- Hold this position for five minutes.
At the beginning this exercise may be painful, but with regular training it will improve and each time it will be less painful and easier. To achieve the best results, repeat this exercise 3 times a day for several weeks. However, start gradually, first only once a day and then gradually increase to two to three sessions a day.
