If you have already passed puberty but still get annoying acne on your body, pay it greater attention. If it repeatedly occurs in the same place, it may be connected with another problem in the body. Below we list the most common cases that you can start addressing immediately.
Chin, neck and décolletage
Acne in these areas indicates a problem with the kidneys. Stress and an excess of sugar can harm you a lot. It is therefore recommended to increase your fluid intake and adjust your diet so that it contains more vegetables and fruit. If that doesn’t help, start exercising more and drink water with lemon, which has an alkaline effect.
Shoulders
This is a part of the body where high stress shows up. You may have a weakened immune system, be dealing with some internal psychological problem, and your body is clearly asking for rest. Don’t deny it and give yourself some time. Meditate and work less.
Breasts, chest and abdomen
This is where digestive problems manifest. The stomach is letting you know in this way and indicates that you should pay more attention to a proper diet. It may be too acidic. In that case, consume, for example, young barley (barley grass) or citrus fruits.
Acne on the lower abdomen appears only rarely, but it indicates a high blood sugar level in the blood. A long-term condition can be dangerous.
Arms
The body lets you know on the arms when it has a vitamin deficiency. Instead of taking supplements, try real changes in your diet. Eliminate sugary drinks, sugars, pastries, flour and replace them with vegetables.
Genitals
In the case of this delicate area be even more cautious. It may not be acne but a sexually transmitted disease. If you are sure it is indeed acne, do not use aggressive, chemical-laden soaps for washing. Shave in the direction of hair growth or use wax gently. Also make sure hairs do not become ingrown, because that too can be a cause of acne.
