Make it at home, preferably from organic tomatoes, which will give you lots of strength and boost your immune system. Thanks to that, every virus will avoid you.
Successful experiment with interesting results
To demonstrate the benefits of tomatoes, experts recruited women of various ages and had them drink 250 ml of tomato juice daily for two months.
The quickest and most visible change concerned weight loss. The ladies were surprised because not only water but also fat disappeared. They also changed their eating habits during the trial and now say they will continue to do so to feel healthy.
At the beginning and end of the experiment their blood was analyzed. At the start a high amount of cholesterol was found, which later mysteriously disappeared. Experts believe this is due to a substance that tomatoes contain.
Effects on health
Results show that one glass of tomato juice a day boosts immunity, protects against heart disease and also reduces the risk of cancer. It helps people who suffer from digestive problems, and prevents diseases of the bladder, pancreas, liver and lungs.

Better to make it at home
Store-bought juice may not be ideal. It often contains a lot of sugar. Instead, buy whole tomatoes and wash them in water. Peel them, put them in a pot and prepare a pinch of sugar and salt.
Stir often so it does not overcook. Cook for ten to fifteen minutes, and finally pour the finished juice into glass bottles. After cooling, store in a cool, darker place. Consume for two months and you will see surprising results. Use it in time and preferably make fresh juice.
