Garlic is an almost miraculous food. Many people deliberately avoid consuming it because of its strong aroma, which can be off-putting in company, but this food offers several benefits. For health it is an almost indispensable part of the diet, but it can also help you around the house.
Why include garlic in your diet
The body needs to be gently cleansed from time to time, and preferably in a natural way. You don’t have to put your body through harsh diets or detoxes, as they can upset the system. It’s much better to consume foods that act anti-inflammatory.

How it can help in the household
Garlic contains a lot of sucrose, which forms a natural adhesive. You can use this when a window cracks and you need a quick fix before you can get glue from the store. You only need to cut a clove of garlic in half lengthwise and lightly rub it over the area with the cracks.
Then remove the garlic left on the glass with a paper towel. You can immediately notice that each of the small cracks is finally filled with this garlic „glue“ which prevents further wear of the glass.

You can act similarly if, for example, a flying pebble damages your car’s glass. Garlic, as a natural adhesive, prevents further breakage of the glass until an experienced and specialized professional can intervene. It’s a food item that many people have at home, so it’s suitable for a quick response.
Of course it cannot fix glass that is shattered into pieces. This is about smaller cracks that could widen over time and cause greater damage. Thanks to garlic you can act as quickly as possible and prevent such losses.
