In times when things got tough in the area of health, people in the past naturally turned to herbalists. They knew secrets that saved more than one life. Although this knowledge began to be suppressed among the general public with the rise of pharmaceutical companies, many modern herbalists and herbalists still possess it today.

The risk associated with the consumption of industrially processed foods lies, among other things, in building an addiction to tastes. Artificially created products are used for this purpose, among them aspartame – a sweetener that is up to 200 times sweeter than sugar itself. This contributes to the development of addiction. In addition, it appears that this substance negatively affects the brain, particularly the part associated with intelligence and memory. It is also a cause of headaches, nausea, abdominal pain, and it may play a role in the development of depression.

What helps instead?

It has a positive effect on the nervous system, contributes to the proper functioning of the thyroid gland and metabolism, and last but not least favorably affects proper brain function.
