Epidermoid cysts or fat cysts are something really common in many people. They are also called sebaceous cysts, but that is not entirely the correct term. True sebaceous cysts are rare and originate from the sebaceous glands, which are responsible for lubricating the skin and hair. Epidermoid cysts usually do not require treatment unless they cause pain. However, infection or their appearance sometimes leads people to have them removed. Although there are many medical clinics specializing in their removal, many people have opted for a more natural approach to treating them. Try it yourself.

Apple cider vinegar

It is used to protect the skin from bacteria and to fight infections. Simply apply the vinegar to the infected area and cover with a bandage. This process should be done once a day for one week, until a hard layer of skin forms that you will need to remove.

Dandelion

Mix a tablespoon of dandelion with water. Bring this mixture to a boil and simmer it on low heat for 45 minutes. Then strain the mixture and drink it at least 4 times a day, for a maximum of 10 days.

Epsom salt

It will help with pain and inflammation. Fill the bathtub with plenty of water and salt and soak in it for a while.

Aloe vera

Aloe vera is a plant effective for a wide range of skin problems:

  • sunburns,
  • burns,
  • inflammation,
  • acne and more.

Apply aloe gel directly to the cyst or drink aloe vera juice.

Milk

Soak a tea bag in milk and place it over the cyst. Leave it on overnight. If you do this repeatedly, its size will decrease and it will heal quickly.

Honey

Honey is known for its antiviral and antibacterial properties and is used for a wide range of skin problems. To remove cysts, make a paste from honey, wheatgrass and banana, which you apply to the affected area. Secure with a bandage and leave it on overnight.

Castor oil

Warm the castor oil and apply it directly to the cyst. Secure with a bandage and leave it on overnight.
