You may not think so at the moment, but speed, simplicity and low cost are key factors in cooking and baking. So what will you need to prepare this unique dessert? Prepare:
- 4 eggs and 2 glasses of hot milk,
- 1 glass of water and 1 glass of sugar,
- 115 g flour and 125 g butter,
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
Preparation
Carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks and put them into a clean bowl. Add a pinch of salt and whisk until they are completely beaten. Melt the butter and let it cool. Add the water and sugar to the yolks, beat the ingredients and then add the melted butter and mix again. Pour the milk into the yolk mixture, then add the flour and mix well so everything combines.
Add the egg whites and mix. Pour the batter into a baking tray that you have greased with butter and dusted with flour. Put the entire tray into an oven preheated to 180 degrees for one hour. When you take the cake out, let it cool completely, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and decorate it however you like. You can use grated chocolate or other sprinkles. The soft and delicious cake will then be ready and you can serve it to your family and friends.
