Preparation method

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 5 tablespoons ground nuts
  • 700 ml milk
  • 3 tablespoons honey (or 5 tablespoons granulated sugar)
  • 2 packs of chocolate pudding
  • 250 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (or a packet of vanilla sugar)
  • 4 whole bananas
  • whipped cream
  • grated chocolate

For the cream:

  • 700 ml milk
  • 3 tablespoons honey (or 5 tablespoons granulated sugar)
  • 2 packs of chocolate pudding
  • 250 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (or a packet of vanilla sugar)
  • 4 whole bananas

For the top:

  • Whipped cream and grated chocolate

Preparation steps

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy, then stir in the cocoa and nuts and mix into a uniform batter, which you spread evenly onto a baking tray lined with paper and place into the preheated oven.
  2. Bake at 180 degrees until golden.
  3. Roll up the baked cake and let it cool in the paper.
  4. Make a thick pudding from the milk, puddings and sugar (or honey).
  5. Let it cool and then, spoonful by spoonful, mix in the whipped butter.
  6. Spread the chocolate cream on the cooled cake and place whole bananas at the edges.
  7. Then fold the cake over the bananas toward the center and press down.
  8. Spread whipped cream on top and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
