Sweet desserts are always a great finishing touch to a good dinner. Or perhaps do you like to snack throughout the whole weekend? In any case, for such a sweet temptation you also need a great recipe. Today we have wonderful creamy little cakes for you that you will fall in love with.
Small sweet cakes
If you are looking for a great recipe for small desserts, then this recipe will definitely come in handy. They are an excellent option for family celebrations as well as a cozy weekend at home with the family. Thanks to their small size they will be a sweet bite that caresses the tongue.
For the preparation you will need ingredients for the dough, the cream, and the glaze. The recipe may sound complicated this way, but believe that you will have great creamy cupcakes ready in no time.
For the dough prepare:
- 10 dkg margarine
- 4 dkg butter
- 20 dkg coarse flour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 7 dkg sugar
- 1 egg yolk
For the excellent cream prepare:
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 tablespoons starch flour
- 15 dkg sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 5 dkg margarine
- 5 dkg butter
For the chocolate glaze we will need only 10 dkg cooking chocolate. For the dough mix all the listed ingredients and work them into a dough. Roll it out on a floured board and cut out small circles with a glass or cutter. Place the circles on baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes at 180 °C.
The cream is ready in a few minutes
For the cream preparation mix all the ingredients except the butter and margarine. Then cook the mixed mixture in a bain-marie or in the microwave oven. Carefully stir the prepared melted margarine and butter into the cooled cream. Put the cream into a piping bag and decorate the baked, already cooled circles.
Dip the second half of the circles, which will serve as the top part of the cream cakes, into the warmed cooking chocolate. For an even nicer effect you can, after a slight dip in chocolate, dip a fork into the chocolate and then press it onto the cakes. For decoration you can also use almonds, crushed nuts, or white chocolate.
