Especially during the coronavirus period it is necessary to pay more attention to your immunity and care for your health. Do you know how to take care of, for example, your lungs? We have a great recipe for a drink that will cleanse your lungs of all toxins.

Care for immunity is essential for your health

Not only nowadays is it necessary to take care of your own immunity. This way you prevent all the unpleasant illnesses that might otherwise meet you and make your life difficult. Be particularly alert if you smoke. However, this detox for your lungs is necessary and effective even for non-smokers, and so we recommend it to absolutely everyone as a preventive step.

For a drink effective at expelling toxins from the lungs prepare:

  • 400 g of onion
  • 1 liter of water
  • 400 g of sugar (or, for example, maple syrup)
  • 2 tablespoons of turmeric
  • a small piece of ginger root

Pour the water into a pot and add the sugar. Over a low flame bring the water to a boil. Grate the ginger root and cut the onion into quarters, then throw both into the boiling water. Also add the turmeric and reduce the heat. Cook the mixture until about half of the water has evaporated. After cooking, strain into a sealable jar and, after it has completely cooled, keep it in the refrigerator.

Dose the prepared tincture twice daily

Keep the resulting tincture of active ingredients in the refrigerator; it will last you for many weeks. Every morning take two teaspoons on an empty stomach and in the evening two teaspoons of the elixir after a meal. It will help you not only with overall immunity, but especially with your healthy lungs. This elixir will help them get rid of all unwanted toxins, which are typically flushed from the body through excretion or sweating.
