If you struggle with high blood pressure, spring, which is coming soon, may be the most difficult period for you. High blood pressure reacts especially to changes and fluctuations in the weather that are typical for spring. Even so, it is not good to take care of your high blood pressure only in the spring. You should work on reducing it regularly all year round. For that you only need dill and cranberries, you no longer have to take a mountain of various medicines.
Throw away chemical pills, not all of them, but at least those you can replace with natural remedies. And high blood pressure is one of them. You can replace pills with dill and a few cranberries. Are you in? There are two possible preparations.
First recipe for high blood pressure
For the first recipe prepare these ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of fennel seeds
- 20 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of homogeneous powder
Put the fennel seeds into a coffee grinder and grind them into a fine powder, add the sugar and stir in the homogeneous powder, which you can buy at the pharmacy. Eat one teaspoon of this mixture in the morning before a meal. You will see after a few days that the mixture will help you.
Second recipe with cranberries for high blood pressure
Use the second recipe if you don’t just want to lower high blood pressure, but also want to enjoy a tasty fruit mixture. This recipe is more of a tasty fruit purée that will help you with high blood pressure. It is not taken as ordinary medicine, but you can have it, for example, with your mid-morning or afternoon coffee. For this recipe prepare 2 whole oranges, 1 whole lemon, 500 g of cranberries and some honey.
Put the peeled orange together with the lemon into a smoothie blender and make a smooth mixture. Then add the cranberries with a little honey and repeat the process. You should get a smooth purée that you can comfortably snack on. If the mixture seems too thick, you can thin it with water. Add the amount of honey to taste.
