Prepare for greedy little tongues a baked stuffed potato with cheese and ham.
Baked potatoes in the oven
First bake these stuffed potatoes salted in the oven; of course, before baking remove any dirt from the potatoes. Do not peel, leave them in the skin. This recipe contains ham, but if you want to replace the ham with another ingredient, feel free to use, for example, canned tuna or vegetables. You will need:
- Salt to taste
- Dill 1 handful
- Sour cream 3 tablespoons
- Onions 2 pieces
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Cheese (Edam, Gouda or other) 250 grams
- Ham or tuna 300 grams
- Potatoes 15 pieces
You should bake the potatoes at 180°C for at least one hour. Then let the potatoes cool. After cooling cut the potatoes lengthwise in half. Using a teaspoon scoop out the inside of the potato, but be careful not to scoop down to the skin; create a kind of bowl. Put the potatoes, eggs, sour cream into a bowl and mix everything thoroughly. Now finely chop the onion and cut the ham into cubes. Fry the onion in oil until golden, then add the ham, and fry a little longer. Put the onion and ham into the potato mixture and stir. Season with salt, dill and, if desired, pepper.
Fill the potatoes with this mixture and arrange them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the prepared potatoes with grated cheese. Bake/roast for approximately 15-20 minutes at 180°C. Once the cheese is golden, you are done. The potatoes are very tasty with a glass of milk.
