For a healthy and excellent ice cream prepare:
- 4 bananas
- 50 g butter cookies
- 100 g dark chocolate
- cinnamon to taste
Banana ice cream is easy to prepare
Prepare all the bananas and peel them. Then place them in a plastic bag and put them in the freezer for at least two hours. Meanwhile, prepare the dark chocolate and butter cookies. Chop everything into small pieces and set aside for later. Smoothly blend the bananas removed from the freezer in a blender. When the bananas are blended to a sorbet-like consistency, add the chopped cookies and chocolate and mix.
This prepared sorbet can be served and eaten immediately. If you want a consistency more similar to ice cream, then put the sorbet into small bowls and place them in the freezer for another hour.
You can prepare other flavors of ice cream the same way. It’s up to you whether you love strawberry ice cream or choose another type of fruit.
