Cancer is one of the most serious diseases of our time. It doesn’t matter how old you are or what nationality you are; this disease doesn’t choose. The risk can be fairly reduced by a healthy lifestyle, but even that may not always protect us. You should therefore pay attention to the symptoms of cancer, since early initiation of treatment is extremely important.

Watch out for moles and freckles

There are symptoms that most people underestimate. These include, for example, moles that suddenly appear on the skin. It can be the result of sunbathing or aging, but if they grow or bleed, you should visit a doctor. Also be careful about subcutaneous lumps and nodes. It may be a buildup of fat, but if it doesn’t disappear or even grows, seek a specialist.

Freckles and spots appear on the skin due to sunlight. They are usually harmless, but if they change color or size, pay attention. You should not underestimate bloating either. It’s normal if it occurs after a heavy meal or in women during menstruation, but if there is no reason for it and it occurs regularly, have it examined by a specialist.

Joint and back pain can indicate a serious problem

Joint pain can have many causes. If you feel your joints are stiff and painful when getting up, try moving them. If the pain does not subside, it may indicate more serious problems. The same goes for back pain. It can be caused by poor posture or long-term sitting, but if it persists for a long time and there is no apparent cause, it’s definitely time to see a doctor.

Sweating is a natural process by which our body cools down in a hot environment or during illness. However, if you suffer from night sweats that have no obvious cause, it may be a sign that something is wrong with your body. You should also not ignore sudden pains without a cause, wherever they appear. It’s always better to get checked.

Are you exhausted or do you suffer from frequent colds?

Do you feel constantly exhausted even though you slept several hours soundly at night? If the fatigue persists and is unbearable, see a doctor. The body can send us a signal through other illnesses as well. If you have been more ill than usual lately, have a blocked nose, cough or sore throat, it may be a sign of much more serious causes.

If you feel that you have been going to the toilet more often than before lately, it may indicate serious internal problems. You should definitely not ignore a weakened bladder. Maybe you have also recently started snoring, gasping for breath when walking up stairs, or having breathing problems. Unfortunately, even such subtle troubles can be a symptom of cancer.

Blood in the urine and difficulty swallowing are very serious

Blood in the urine most often appears with a urinary tract infection, but it can also be a sign of another serious illness. Either way, you should not postpone visiting a doctor. Overproduction of stomach acid can have a long-term effect on the esophagus and throat lining. It is good to remove the cause before it develops into a more serious problem.

Difficulty swallowing is a serious symptom that can indicate cancer of the esophagus or stomach. If it appears, definitely go to a doctor. A cough, if long-term, can also be a cause. It is a sign that the body wants to get rid of something inside. Occasionally examine your skin for changes in color as well. Pay attention to the appearance of spots and growths.

Unexplained bruises or intestinal problems

Bruises result from a fall or pressure. But if they appear without a cause, it may be a justified reason for concern. Typical symptoms of breast cancer include nipple bleeding. However, it can also occur in men. Watch your weight too. If your appetite hasn’t changed and you still lose weight, your body is using more energy than it should. Maybe that’s because it’s fighting an illness.

Do not underestimate intestinal troubles such as diarrhea or constipation or irregular bowel movements. Heartburn and abdominal pain sometimes occur as well, which you should not underestimate regardless of the cause. Also notice changes on your tongue. If spots appear on it or its color changes, even if you don’t smoke, you should get examined.
