These unwelcome guests can appear in any part of the human body. Within our organism, parasites can manifest in various ways; in many cases their presence may not be apparent at all.

Why are they so dangerous?

Soon after a parasite enters the host’s body, in this case a human, it begins to take nutrients from the host’s organism. This can manifest in a number of ways that may not be obvious at first glance. These include increased fatigue, overall weakness, and some more serious illnesses may also appear. The presence of parasites in the body can also be reflected in a worsened condition of the skin, hair or nails.

How to detect the presence of a parasite?

One of the areas that becomes the most frequent refuge for parasites is the intestines. Here they feed primarily on sugars and any other substances that can be converted into sugar. For this reason the presence of parasites is manifested by an increased need to consume markedly sweet foods. If we notice something like this, it is advisable to be aware of the consumption of sweets at first – only in this way can it be brought under control. Afterwards it is advisable to limit consumption of these sweets.

However, sugar is not the only substance these uninvited guests consume. They also consume proteins, minerals and vitamins.

How to get rid of parasites?

Reducing sugars helps, but it is not enough for the complete removal of parasites from the body. These tiny pests are very resilient to unfavorable conditions. For this reason they can survive in human intestines for a very long time.

Fortunately, there are natural ways to get rid of parasites effectively and at the same time gently for the whole organism. One of them is a natural mixture containing active substances that help expel parasites.

To prepare such a mixture we will need:

  • Flaxseed – 2 tablespoons
  • Clove – 1 teaspoon

Instructions:

Grind the clove and the flaxseed finely. For this we can use a coffee grinder, pepper mill or other suitable tools. Grind both ingredients separately, because during this process oil may be released from the flax seeds.

After grinding, mix both items together. Consume the mixture thus prepared once a day for at least 3 consecutive days. You can add it to yogurts, porridges, smoothies or other favorite dishes.
