Joints are often a strained part of the human body. It’s no wonder that over time they can become painful and various unpleasant problems can appear. These can be addressed with appropriate exercise, proper footwear, and a simple preparation you can make from basic ingredients that you can easily find at home. And what will you need for it? You will find out in this article.

What will you need to create a mixture for healthy joints?

  • 10 tablespoons of salt
  • 20 tablespoons of olive oil

The list of ingredients is quite simple and you will most likely find them at home at almost any time. If you don’t have specifically olive oil, you can choose another alternative, such as sunflower or rapeseed oil. This recipe is therefore very cheap and really easy to prepare, so no more excuses that you don’t have the means for expensive products from the pharmacy, because you can help yourself.

Preparation of the mixture for joints

The preparation itself is also very simple and consists only of mixing the two ingredients mentioned. Prepare a suitable container and mix the salt and oil thoroughly. Then close the container and leave it sealed for several days. The best choice will be a larger glass container. Once the mixture has rested for a few days, it is ready to use.

Instructions for using the mixture for joints

Like the amount of ingredients and the preparation itself, the subsequent use is very simple and can be done in a few minutes every day. The mixture will last for several uses. Always take a portion and massage the problematic area where your joints hurt. Perform this massage for about 2 to 3 minutes each day. Gradually increase the time until you reach the maximum limit of 20 minutes of massage each day. At that point an improvement should already be noticeable. Even then it is good not to stop the massages and to regularly take care of your joints in order to maintain optimal condition and as a prevention against possible complications.
