Besides sugar, salt is another poison for the body, especially excessive salting, which due to the sodium it contains causes water retention in the body and leads to feelings of heaviness and bloating. Therefore reduce salting, or replace salt with herbs and spices; you can lightly season with Himalayan salt.

Calm eating and chewing

Extra kilos also pile on from incorrect dining habits and poor chewing.
