Pneumonia is a common but life-threatening condition that often ends in death. It primarily affects people with weakened defenses and a weak immune system, older people or chronically ill people. Only 20-30 % of pneumonias are caused by bacteria. However, mortality is 2-3x higher than with other pathogens.

You will only need a few ingredients:

  • Green tea filter
  • ½ teaspoon of cloves
  • ½ teaspoon of turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon of thyme
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • Juice from half a lemon
