You can take it by the spoonful, but try to drink the whole cup by the evening. Have the milk every day for two weeks.
Second recipe for garlic milk
The ingredients for preparing the second milk remain the same. The only difference is that you do not heat the milk. Just mix everything together, stir well and let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour. Consume 200 milliliters every day.
