Dough:
- 3 cups of flour
- 250 g vegetable fat
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

Filling:
- 500 g quark
- 3 whole eggs
- ¾ cup sugar
- 10 dkg raisins
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
Preparation and baking instructions
Sift the entire amount of flour needed for the dough and pour it onto the work surface, in this prepared flour make a well roughly in the middle. Scatter small pieces of chopped margarine, sugar, and baking soda over the flour and work everything thoroughly. Place margarine into the well as well; the dough will be easier to handle. Some recipes even say that you should grate the vegetable fat, but for this recipe chopped margarine will be more than enough. Because of the dry ingredients the dough may crumble for a long time, but don’t give up. Once you have formed a uniform roll of dough from the ingredients, put it in the refrigerator.
In the next step prepare the filling. You make the filling by mixing the quark with the whole eggs and sugar. It’s very useful to use a mixer, which can perfectly combine all the ingredients. Then add the vanilla sugar and all the weighed raisins. Let the cream rest on the counter for a moment and take out the dough from the refrigerator, which we will work with further.
Take a baking tray on which you will place the dough. It is not necessary to grease or flour the tray under this dough. You can place baking paper for certainty, but even that is not necessary. Then roll out the dough and place it over the entire bottom of the tray. Bear in mind that the cake should have raised edges. Pour the entire amount of the quark filling onto the tray and spread it evenly. If you have a little dough left, grate it and sprinkle it over the cream. Bake at 180 ° for about 40 minutes.
