Roses are one of the most popular garden flowers. They bloom beautifully, scent the whole garden and beautify every flowerbed. Roses can be grown even in small gardens. If we take good care of them, they will reward us with abundant blooms all summer long. If you want to replant roses, use a method that will give them nicer and fuller flowers and keep them beautifully healthy.

Soak it in a mixture of honey and aloe

Mix one teaspoon of honey with two teaspoons of aloe vera. Add one teaspoon of wood ash. If you are going to use fresh juice from aloe, freshly extracted from its leaves, leave the cut leaves in the refrigerator for 24 hours beforehand. It will then be easier to work with and easier to separate it from the rest of the leaves.

Stir the mixture and pour it into a jar. Fill the jar to three quarters with water and stir again. Cut a cutting from the rose, which should have two to three buds, and place it in the prepared solution for half a day. If the cutting is too weak, feel free to leave it in the mixture longer. After that you can stick it into soil rich in humus and nutrients.

Choose a suitable location for the roses

Cover the plant with a plastic bag and place it in a warm and sunny spot. Occasionally lift the bag for a moment so fresh air can reach the plant. Cuttings rooted using this method will produce far more healthy blooms and the mature bush will then look like it came from a catalogue. Honey, aloe vera and ash provide it with the necessary nutrients it needs for vigorous growth.

Once the plant has rooted, you can plant it in the chosen location. As a rule, roses should not be planted in a spot where they have previously grown unless the soil is replaced. Plant the specimen as deep as it was planted in the temporary pot. Roses should grow in a sunny location that is also well ventilated and open. They should not be planted close to hedges, as they are at risk of fungal diseases.
