The bulge at the back of the flank, under the shoulder blade, bothers almost every woman. It’s mainly because this unsightly part of the body deforms the overall posture and makes your body much less attractive. Neither the right choice of bra nor loose clothing helps. There are three simple and effective exercises to remove this bulge that will surely work for you. This will remove excess fat from that area and strengthen your whole posture. Repeat the exercises for three weeks and you will soon find that they really work.
The style of exercise resembles the movement used in swimming
The first of the exercises will remind you a lot of breaststroke swimming. Stretch your arms forward and move them with a slight push to the sides. The whole movement must not exceed shoulder height. Perform this exercise ten times each time, and if you want to improve it even more, get a resistance band. It will give you sufficient resistance during the exercise and your muscles will have to work harder.
The second exercise strengthens the back muscles and will greatly reduce excess fat in this area. Bend your elbows to 90 degrees at shoulder height, palms and fingers pointing up. Move the elbows toward each other and then away again; repeat this exercise ten times.
Stretch your arms
For the final effective exercise you will need an elastic band or resistance band. Straighten your back, stretch your arms and lift them above your head. Then slowly lower them down to your legs. Repeat this exercise ten times in three sets.
