Prepare a slice of bread cut into cubes, one whole egg, a teaspoon of butter, two tablespoons of grated cheese, salt and seasoning to your taste. You can use ground pepper and various green herbs if you have them at home. If not, a little ordinary salt will suffice. After this easy recipe you won’t face difficult dishwashing either; a 250 ml mug will be enough, which you can then put in the dishwasher.

Preparation method

There is nothing complicated about the preparation either. First put the butter into the mug and melt it in the microwave, then tilt the mug so the butter gets everywhere. Then simply place the bread on the bottom, pour the egg over it, sprinkle with cheese and add all the necessary ingredients. If you have a bit of vegetables left in the fridge, you can put those into the mug too — use any. Put it in the microwave at full power for about 3 minutes, where everything will bake, then just take it out and you can enjoy a great, tasty and quick dish without scrubbing dirty dishes.
