After a few months you will harvest tasty fruits and vegetables, and you will be able to pick beautiful flowers for a vase. And this is thanks to a simple recipe that we now present to you. It is a universal fertilizer that supports plant reproduction.
Yeast fertilizer, among other things, also contains lots of vitamin B and phytohormones. It is nourishment for flowers and other plants and you don’t have to be afraid to use it on virtually all types of plants. You will need:
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g fresh yeast
- 3 l hot water
- 10 l standing water – for diluting the solution
- 3 containers with lids
- A 10-liter sprayer
First pour the hot water into the container, but be careful not to fill it completely, leave some free space, add the sugar and the crushed yeast. Stir until everything dissolves.
Let the ingredients ferment and then spray the leaves
Finally cover the container with a plastic lid so it stays on well. Put the container in a warm place and let the solution ferment for 3–4 days. You can leave it for a week, it’s okay if you forget about it. After the time has passed, shake it and before use dilute it in a ratio of 100 ml to 10 liters of standing water. Do not put water taken directly from the tap into it. Simply spray the prepared mixture onto the plants. You can pour it directly onto the roots or spray the leaves.
Use the fertilizer mainly early in the morning or in the evening, when the sun is not strong. You can fertilize once every 14 days. You can also alternate it with another fertilizer, preferably also homemade. Leave the plants at least a week to rest between feedings.
