Many of us try to lose weight and most of us do not succeed. There can be many reasons. However today we will show you a recipe for a miraculous soup that can help you lose weight easily and fairly quickly. Its secret is that it is low-calorie and high in fiber. And this factor helps you with weight loss. In addition, you will not feel hungry, so you will not eat additional foods that can ruin your efforts.

Of course you should not rely only on this soup. Quality sleep, time spent outdoors and regular exercise are also important. When you combine everything together, you can lose even 10 or 12 kilograms in a relatively short time. Afterwards you will certainly feel much better in your body and you will also be healthier.

Why this particular soup?

This recipe supports the recovery of the whole body, lowers cholesterol levels, removes toxins from the body and reduces the burden on the liver. There are many one-off recipes, but this is the best and you only have to consume this soup for two weeks to see the first results. First, however, you must look at what you will need to make this little miracle:

  • 1 small head of cabbage
  • 6 onions
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 l of tomato juice
  • celery root,
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander
  • dill
  • parsley
  • salt
  • red pepper to taste.

Preparation method

Chop all the vegetables finely and pour cold water over them so that it covers the vegetables by about 1 cm. Cook the soup over low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes. It is very important that the vegetables are not completely cooked. Even if they are a little crunchy, they will retain their aroma, taste and all their valuable vitamins.

Add the spices, finely chopped or crushed garlic, chopped parsley and tomato juice to the almost finished soup. To taste you can also add green beans, eggplant, spinach, pumpkin, cauliflower, broccoli or Brussels sprouts. And if you don’t want a classic soup, you can also make it into a cream soup by simply blending it once it’s completely done.
