First, prepare the minced meat. Cut the meat and breast into small pieces and then grind them. Peel the onion and add it to the meat grinder. Finely chop the garlic, add the spices, salt and black pepper to taste, add the onion and mix everything well. Then prepare a small baking dish, wash and cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds and place them in the dish. Evenly divide the minced meat into the halved peppers.
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees and then put the dish with the prepared peppers into the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Then sprinkle the peppers with grated cheese (or cover with thin slices of cheese) and put them back in the oven for another 5 to 7 minutes. When everything is baked, take them out of the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley or chives. The dish is incredibly juicy and will appeal not only to adults but also to children. You can also add a garlic sauce, which goes great with the peppers. Enjoy your meal!
