We present a simple recipe that will help you improve your eyesight and cleanse your liver, which is responsible for the most important processes in our body. It consists of only three ingredients – carrots, oranges and red beet. The procedure is very simple. Prepare:

  • 4 oranges
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 red beet

Peel the oranges, wash the carrots and beet well. Then put everything into a blender and blend thoroughly. Drink the resulting cocktail every morning on an empty stomach. Then wait half an hour and have a regular breakfast. Besides strengthening your eyesight, this cocktail also cleanses the large intestine, supplies the body with vitamins and boosts immunity.
