Joint pain or muscle cramps related to arthritis are usually felt worst at night, when patients cannot sleep and do not want to go anywhere.

Taking painkillers helps you for a while, but as soon as you stop them, the pain returns. Long-term use of these drugs can also damage the liver and kidneys.

Causes of muscle cramps and joint pain

The most common causes of pain

Individual causes can of course vary, but the most common causes are the following:

  • Overworked or injured muscles and joints – usually occur after excessive physical exertion or exercise.
  • Dehydration – insufficient hydration affects cells and tissues. Cramps are often just the muscles’ reaction to dehydration.
  • Hyperventilation – low CO2 levels and excess oxygen lead to overstimulation of nerve cells and uncontrolled contraction of muscle fibers. This occurs with excessively rapid breathing.
  • Nutrient deficiency – especially of minerals such as potassium, calcium and magnesium.
  • An autoimmune reaction of the body – when the immune system attacks its own tissues, damages them and causes chronic inflammation and pain. This is usually caused by the presence of toxins in the body.
  • The problem of copper and electricity trapped in damaged nerves
According to the theory, the main cause of the pain is electricity trapped in damaged nerves.

When nerves are damaged, the electric charge is blocked by them and begins to accumulate in the damaged areas. This causes pain, burning, swelling, inflammation, nausea, insomnia, headaches and other health problems.
A manifestation of chronic pain is that the nervous system, which produces a large amount of electricity, continuously sends pain signals.

Copper as a remedy

Copper is an important mineral for the body; every cell needs it. Copper, zinc and iron are a powerful trio of essential minerals.

In biochemical reactions, copper activates enzymes that act as catalysts. Its deficiency halts the production of these enzymes and makes you susceptible to various diseases.

The human body has only 50-120 mg of copper. For optimal functioning, however, this is completely sufficient.

Copper is also an excellent electrical conductor. When applied to painful areas, it is said to be able to alleviate joint pain and muscle cramps.

How copper is used against pain and where it can be obtained?

The simplest is to use coins with a value of 10, 20 or 50 koruna. Although they are made of iron inside, they have a copper surface.

Just take a few of these coins and apply them to the affected areas.

If you then feel pain, tingling, warmth or pins and needles in the joints or muscles, it means that the copper is drawing off the trapped electric charge.

You can place the coins anywhere on the body and the copper from them will begin to be absorbed through the skin into the body and then into the deeper tissues and organs by the blood.

If the pain persists, go outside and walk barefoot on the grass for 10–15 minutes. This also helps to rid the body of accumulated electricity.

However, do not use coins of other denominations!

They contain other compounds, for example aluminum, which is toxic to the body and should be avoided at all costs.

Examples of people whom copper helped in this way

Keith Young is the first example of a person whom copper helped.

At the age of 69 arthritis completely immobilized his knee. Doctors recommended replacement of both knee joints.

He was an avid fisherman and diver, but the illness prevented him from pursuing his favorite hobby.

Then he learned about the potential healing properties of copper and began wearing copper bracelets as an alternative to copper coins.

Already after the first week he began to feel an improvement in his health. After five days he could walk again and stopped taking all painkillers.

The second example is 85-year-old Johnny Franks, who fought arthritis for 15 years.

The disease prevented him from bending his knee and the pain was devastating. Because he did not have much money, he could not afford expensive treatment. So he opted for copper coins.

After a month he felt significantly better. Today he is considered completely cured.

As they say: “Walking has never been easier for me and the pain has finally disappeared.”
