This story will touch the hearts of millions of people because it’s like something out of the most plausible series with a happy ending.
It started with a gift
Tyler found a shoebox, wrapped it in paper and put a gift, a postcard and a photograph inside.
He didn’t know who would receive his box. A boy simply took it away and safely forgot about it.
As you can guess, the gift went to the girl in the photograph on the left. Her name is Joana Marchand and she comes from the Philippines.
Meeting after 11 years
It had already been 11 years. One day Tyler received a notification on a social network — friends wanted to add the girl to him.
The young man declined the request at first. However, the girl repeated her request.
Tyler then decided that this girl had perhaps once studied with him, and so he accepted the request.
After a while, Tyler received the first message from the girl.
What message he received
She wrote that she had Tyler’s childhood photograph and the gift, which she had carefully kept for several years.
When the young man saw the photograph, he immediately understood what it was about. He began to correspond with the girl. It lasted several months.
Tyler and Joana began to realize that they were connected by a real and sincere friendship. At one point Joana invited Tyler to visit and he, who had been saving up, went to the Philippines.

When the young man saw Joana in person, he immediately realized that he was in love.
He met the girl’s parents and friends, then introduced Joan to his relatives.
They kept communicating, talking on the phone, but the relationship was different. On his next trip to the Philippines he proposed to the girl.
The wedding has already taken place.
Tyler’s reaction
Tyler admits that he cannot imagine what would have happened if he had not attended the event, sent this gift, turned down an offer from Joe and, in the end, had not seen her.
Everything would have turned out differently. He simply would not have met the love of his life.
Tyler is certain today: when you do a small good deed, you will feel better. Good always comes back, and that’s true.
