You do not need to be afraid if you look at photographs from the album occasionally. The most important thing is that you do not look at them too often – it will lead to a deterioration of your emotional state.

There are also opinions that opening an album with photographs of the dead should occur only at times of remembrance of the deceased or on the anniversary of their death.
Psychologists have their own opinion on this matter. They say that we are afraid to hang up photographs of the dead simply because they remind us of the transience of life and that the day will come when we too will leave this world.
They also advise that you forgive the deceased. If you do, the photographs will not cause you grief and sorrow. On the contrary, you will associate only the most pleasant memories with them.
