German scientists have brought clear evidence of life after death and thus answered one of the greatest questions in the history of mankind. People have, since time immemorial, feared death and what comes (or rather won’t come) after it. Scientists “racked their brains” over this for many years, until now.

Life after death

Various religions commonly speak of life after death. They explain death as a transition into another state of being. The body dies and the person, i.e. the soul, continues on. It is a cycle of life which, according to them, is meant to bring the accumulation of experience and spiritual growth in each new life.

People explain life after death and reincarnation in their own way. Whatever your opinion may be, German scientists have come up with evidence. Evidence of life after death is interpreted differently by everyone and has often sparked heated debates.

Let us, however, look at how the scientific investigation fared on a sample of 944 volunteers over a period of 4 years.

Research

A team of psychologists and physicians from the Technical University of Berlin demonstrated the existence of life after death through clinical monitoring. A mixture of drugs, including adrenaline and di-methyl tryptamine, was used to bring the volunteers into a state of clinical death, intended so that the body would survive clinical death and the resuscitation process without damage.

The volunteers’ bodies were subsequently brought into a comatose state by another mixture of drugs, which had to be filtered by ozone (present in the blood of each volunteer) during the resuscitation process, after 18 minutes of clinical death.

The team of scientists led by Dr. Berthold Ackermann monitored and then compiled the testimonies of all the volunteers:

Results of the observations

Every single one had some memories of the period during clinical death. The experiences varied, but essentially most of them were similar. The most common shared experiences were separation from the body, feelings of levitation, perfect harmony and detachment, complete calm, safety, warmth and, last but not least, the presence of a light that is hard to describe in words.

According to the scientists, the publication of the results will stir up large debates. It is also important to note that the volunteers were of various faiths, including Christians, Muslims, Jews, Hindus and atheists. Faith therefore had no effect on the results.

According to Ackermann, the results will influence many people, but at the same time he is glad that, from the standpoint of science, it was possible to answer one of the greatest questions of human existence. In conclusion Ackermann added – “Yes, life after death exists and it looks like it applies to everyone”.
