The babies are expected to be born by November of this year. At the beginning of the year, 4 other nurses also gave birth.
All of this is happening at a clinic in Massachusetts, USA, where they treat cancer patients.
The situation of 18 maternity leaves in one department is hard to imagine, but the hospital’s chief physician treats everyone with understanding.

The hospital created a chart to track the nurses’ schedule and a plan to create a space for breastfeeding.
