Hemorrhoids are a painful and unpleasant condition that significantly reduces quality of life. Depending on the severity and extent of the symptoms, they can be painful, itchy, bleed, and cause overall discomfort. Advanced hemorrhoids must be treated surgically. Therefore it’s worth trying natural and safe methods in advance.
Aloe
It has anti-inflammatory and astringent properties. It quickly brings relief. Just apply the gel to the sore areas and the swelling should subside.
Vitamin E
In the case of hemorrhoids it acts as an adjuvant. Dry skin increases bleeding, so use vitamin E capsules to maintain hydration.
Potatoes
They are effective in treating heavy bleeding. All you need to do is grate a potato on a grater and place the resulting pulp on the hemorrhoids and let it dry. The bleeding should stop and you’ll feel relief quickly.
Tea tree oil
It has soothing properties. The concentration alone can be too strong, so dilute it with castor oil and sweet almond oil. Apply to the sore areas. With regular use it helps reduce swelling and pain.
Garlic
Put 3 cloves of garlic and 3 bay leaves into boiling water. Boil for about 10 minutes and then let cool. Apply the decoction to the hemorrhoids 3 times a day until the symptoms disappear.
Apple cider vinegar
Put vinegar on a cotton pad and apply to the sore areas.
Chamomile
Brew chamomile and let it cool. Dip a gauze or towel and squeeze on the hemorrhoids. Leave it in place to get relief.
