James Balog works with National Geographic as a photographer. This time he and his team traveled to Greenland to photograph glaciers. He also installed cameras there that recorded the changes the ice underwent.
The film was titled Chasing Ice
All of this was meant to show that global warming is a reality and is truly a threat to nature and to all of us. The work took several years in total. Thanks to the recordings obtained, director Jeff Orlowsky prepared a film called „Chasing Ice“, in which he told the story of the entire project and showed the effort that was put into it.
All so that we become aware of the power of global warming and its impact on our lives.
