Nevertheless, the vast majority of people have no idea that a mixture of these two foods will allow you to get rid of excess kilos on your body! The recipe for this drink is very easy and the kilos will disappear on their own while you laze on the couch.
Slimming drink
The combination of honey and cinnamon can do incredible things to the human body. The drink tastes perfect and the results of how the excess kilos disappear from your body will amaze you.
You need
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- water – 250 ml
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
How to make it?
You can make a much larger amount of the drink, but do not break the specified ratio of ingredients! Put the water on to boil and as soon as the water comes to a boil, add the cinnamon to the water. Let it cool. When the drink is still sufficiently warm, add the honey. Never add honey to very hot water!!!
Usage
Drink most of the drink at night before going to bed and save half for the start of the day. Store the mixture in the refrigerator.
