You will need:
- 800 grams of red cabbage
- water
- onion and garlic skins – dried
- eggs
- Pantyhose
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 tablespoons of vinegar (9%)
How to:
Cut the dry onion and garlic skins with scissors into small pieces. Dip the eggs in water and partially cover them with the cut skins. Then, with the pieces of skin attached, place them into a nylon stocking and tie tightly with string. On the stove, cook the chopped cabbage in water so that it is submerged. Add salt and vinegar. Then put the eggs in the stockings into the pot and let them boil for 10-15 minutes. After that, take the eggs out, let them cool, unwrap from the stockings and remove the pieces of onion. Finally, you can rub the eggs with oil to make the colors stand out.
