Important recommendations
During the diet don’t forget about your drinking regime! Drink only plain water, or water flavored with lemon or cucumber slices, no syrups. Move! Given the limited calorie intake do not perform any strenuous exercises. If you are overweight, include walks or brisk walking. If you are physically fit, you can lightly jog, skip rope, go swimming or use a stationary bike. If you have any doubts, consult your doctor before starting this diet.
