Detecting diseases of internal organs is practically impossible, since they are invisible to the naked eye.
Sometimes a doctor may come across them during routine tests, but more often diseases of internal organs are discovered only when they begin to cause problems in the body.
Is there another way to reveal that something is wrong, for example with metabolism, the kidneys, or the intestines?
A simple test
Yes, there is. Using a simple test that takes you no more than 60 seconds. All you need for this test is a spoon and a plastic bag.
It may sound strange, but with these two items you can find out whether your airways, teeth, hormones, intestines, metabolism, or kidneys are in good order.
How to do it
Take a spoon and scrape the surface of your tongue. How to do it? Bring the spoon as close to the throat as possible. Once you have done so, wrap the spoon in a plastic bag and leave it there for 60 seconds under strong lighting.
Bright bulb light helps bacteria grow. So the stronger the bulb, the more visible the result of your test will be.
People who are healthy will have a clean spoon. If you find strange colors on the spoon or detect an unpleasant odor, it may be an early sign of a problem with the lungs, respiratory system, intestines, hormones, kidneys, or liver. If you discover such a result, it is certainly a good idea to see a doctor and find out exactly what it is.
This test can also help reveal bad breath, which many people often do not notice.
If you detect a more fruity smell, it may indicate a metabolic disorder or a state of ketoacidosis. These can later gradually develop into diabetes.
An unpleasant smell resembling ammonia, on the other hand, may suggest kidney problems.
However, you do not need to panic immediately and assume the worst. Unpleasant breath does not necessarily mean problems with internal organs.
In fact, it most often concerns problems with the tonsils, gums, tartar, or teeth in general.
