Do you often catch yourself craving something sweet? If so, you don’t need to worry right away, because you aren’t alone.
But have you ever wondered why so many people can’t resist sweets?
It may be an addiction that has two causes.
What causes an addiction to sweets?
The first cause of sugar addiction is usually intestinal parasites. The second is simple stress.
When you consume a lot of sweet foods that you crave, you create conditions in your body for the formation and accumulation of mucus. These mucous deposits are a perfect breeding ground for the growth and reproduction of bacteria and various parasites.
Subsequently, when you have a lot of parasites in your body, they consume a large portion of your nutrients and energy.
That’s why you crave sweets more and more. Sugar is the biggest and most readily available source of energy.
The worst part is that the more weight you gain from that sugar, the more parasites will multiply in your body. Many parasites, in fact, prefer to inhabit fatty tissue.
Once you manage to get rid of these parasites, you’ll be surprised how much more energy you’ll have. You’ll literally feel fit enough to lift dumbbells from your shoulders.
How to get rid of parasites and cleanse the intestines of mucus
The good news is that to get rid of parasites and cleanse the intestines you need very little. Specifically, you will need these two substances:
- flax seeds
- clove
Procedure
Take a grinder, for example for poppy seeds or coffee, and put flax seeds and clove into it in a ratio of 10:1 (for example, 20 grams of flax seeds and 2 grams of clove per dose).
Then grind this mixture.
Usage
- Each morning take 2 tablespoons of this mixture (approximately 22 grams). You can add it to your breakfast or to lukewarm water and drink it.
- Use it for 3 consecutive days. Then take a 3-day break and use it again for 3 days. Alternate like this for one month.
- Prepare a fresh batch of the mixture before each use. Flax seeds should be consumed as soon as possible after grinding.
- It’s best to repeat this treatment several times a year.
