Some women are all too aware of it. They think about chocolate and in a moment they’re sitting with the perfect piece, and that’s it! The weight goes up by 2 kg all by itself. Is there an answer? Try changing your eating regimen and lose 7 kg. This is a routine diet planned by a prominent European cardiologist and it is protein-based. You should consistently have breakfast in the form of some fruit, excluding bananas. Try this eating regimen and you’ll be amazed at how well it works.

Ideal menu

You may think this is an incredible claim, but you’d rather have a sample menu. So here it is. For lunch prepare 1 orange, 250 g of yogurt and one egg. Then for dinner have 2 eggs, 2 toasts and vegetables. 

On the second day choose the same arrangement for lunch and for dinner just 1 toast, 125 grams of red meat, you can try tea or unsweetened espresso and complement the dinner with an orange. The lunch is very small, that’s true, however remember that you want to lose weight quickly and this menu is not for life.

Menu for the following days

On the third day for lunch have 1 cucumber, 1 orange, 1 boiled egg. For dinner 125 g of red meat, 1 orange, 1 toast, some espresso or tea without sugar. 

On the fourth day for lunch prepare 1 cucumber, 1 orange, 1 boiled egg; dinner will again contain 125 g of red meat, 1 orange, 1 toast, a cup of espresso or tea without sugar. On the final fifth day treat yourself to 1 toast, 200 g of meat or fish, 1 tomato. 225 g of boiled carrots, potatoes and peas for dinner.

5 days

The eating regimen is set for 5 days; at that point you can enjoy a break for two days and after that period repeat the process again. During this break period do not try to eat for the whole week in advance. Change your eating habits with healthy foods and eliminate salt and alcohol from your diet. This regimen is very harsh; however, the protein diet depends on the way you introduce proteins into your body.

Without sugar

Remember that this regimen may only work if you completely eliminate sugar. Another important factor when attempting this regimen is that a high-protein dinner will nourish you well, considering that the diet can be too strict.

What to eat on the diet?

If the menu is not exactly to your liking, compose your own, but stick to the values stated here, otherwise the result will not be what you expect. 
You can incorporate lean meats into your eating habits, such as poultry, beef or fish. You can also appreciate dairy products that do not contain excessive amounts of fat. Try cheddar, yogurt or milk. Of course you should not exclude vegetables and natural products from your menu. As a side dish try soy, peas, beans or lentils.

What not to eat on the diet?

The protein diet is useful, but you must stick to it by not eating what you should avoid. So be careful not to eat fatty meats, potatoes, foods that contain a ton of starch.

Drink regimen

Drink water or water with lemon. Espresso is not forbidden, unless it is excessive. Despite all the effort you will most likely feel hungry at the start; you can suppress it with raw vegetables, which will not harm you.
