- 2 liters of clean water
- 1 mandarin, sliced
- 1/2 grapefruit, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 4 mint leaves
- ice cubes (optional)
If you take medication for blood pressure, it is advisable to replace grapefruit with lemon so that the effect of the medication is not affected.
Procedure:
Pour the water into a large jug and add all the ingredients.
Usage
Drink the water throughout the day. Store the water in the refrigerator, but always let it stand at room temperature before drinking.
All ingredients need to be washed well before use.
