Clove is a spice that almost everyone knows well. The origin of this spice comes from the Moluccas. We use cloves primarily in the kitchen as a spice. It is well known for its aroma and therefore is often part of various aromatic blends.

Clove is a spice that is also significant for its slightly sweet taste. If you try this trick at home, make sure you have good cloves, because cloves with a dark brown or even black head are no longer entirely suitable.
Throughout the world cloves are used in gastronomy, but few people know that their true and perhaps primary effects are medicinal.
Clove as a remedy
It acts as a disinfectant and has anesthetic effects. Therefore you may have already found in our articles that clove is excellent, for example, for toothaches. Clove essential oil soothes the pain of dental nerves and thus also helps with treatment.

Help for intestinal problems
Just mix 2 tablespoons of flax seeds with a teaspoon of dried cloves and grind. In the morning consume 2 teaspoons before breakfast. Use this for 3 days, then skip for 3 days and continue for 3 weeks following the same system.
Toothache
A mixture of 10–15 cloves soaked in 100 ml of Alpa. Let this mixture steep for a week and use it on sore teeth. Rinse and rub the affected area.
Against cough
Mix 60 ml of Alpa and 25 clove heads and let steep for 24 hours. Before bed take one teaspoon and let it swish around in your mouth.
