We need:
- ¼ head of cabbage
- 550 g beetroot
- 400 g carrots
- 1 apple – optional
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons grated horseradish
Procedure:
Clean the vegetables and grate everything as finely as possible. You can also add grated apple. Finally pour over the mixture of lemon juice and horseradish – you can adjust the dressing to taste. I ate it for a few days instead of classic side dishes and because I liked it, I sometimes had it for dinner with whole grain bread. It really worked for me and in about 3 weeks (and I didn’t eat it every day) I lost 4 kilos and they have not returned so far. If you want to lose a little more weight and mainly cleanse the intestines quickly, try this drink as well: In a pot, heat ½ a cup of water, add ½ teaspoon of Himalayan salt and mix well. Then add 1 teaspoon of ginger juice, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and ½ of apple juice. Mix and drink immediately. It’s better to drink this beverage when you are at home – it really has a fast cleansing effect.

We need:
- 300 g cooked beetroot
- 300 g potatoes cooked in their skins
- 2 eggs hard-boiled
- 1 red onion
For the dressing:
- 150 ml plain yogurt
- A few drops of olive oil
- Salt, pepper
- A few drops of lemon juice.
Procedure:
Peel the cooled cooked beetroot and grate it. Peel the potatoes and mash them as for a salad. Grate the eggs, chop the onion finely and mix everything together in a bowl. In another bowl mix the ingredients for the dressing and combine it with the salad. We can serve immediately.
Egg salad with beetroot
We need:
- 300 g cooked beetroot
- 2 eggs hard-boiled
- 80 g grated cheese
- 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
- a pinch of salt
- sweet paprika
- pepper
Optional:
- 1 clove of garlic
- Crushed walnuts
- pickled cucumbers
- Mix of spices to taste
Procedure:
Cut the cooked beetroot into small cubes and transfer to a salad bowl. Add the cheese and eggs cut into cubes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Finally add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. In this state the salad has a rather neutral taste. However, additional ingredients go very well with it.

We need:
- 1 cooked medium-sized beetroot
- 1 carrot
- 1 apple

I grated the beetroot and celery coarsely, added chopped onion, sour cream, cheese, a little salt, pepper and vinegar – mix, taste and adjust if necessary. The salad is really excellent and even those who otherwise do not like beetroot will lick their plates. We also put it on open sandwiches!

- beetroot
- 10 dkg walnuts
- three cloves of garlic
